If I could give KC more stars I would! He represented me as a buyer and seller- all at the same time and managed it all so smoothly. Any text I would send or message I would leave would be returned immediately, and if he didn’t know the answer he’d find it. And when it all gets overwhelming KC is the best at sharing some calming vibes. Beside all of that, he really knows and understands the market. We priced my house to sell - and it did very shortly after being put on the market.

We loved KC! We were on the hunt for a ski cabin and he was super personable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He listened closely, asked good questions and helped us get clearer on what did and didn’t work for us. He’s also just an easy person to connect with and clearly knows the area inside and out, he made it easy to trust his insights, and we felt well-informed on every property he showed us. 6 Stars! KC Gandee was by far the most valuable member of our home buying team. No matter the hour of day KC was there answering my questions (there were a lot!), guiding us through the home-buying process and keeping everyone meeting their deadlines.
