Meet Kevin "KC" Gandee, a motivated, detail-oriented agent and a practitioner of maximum enthusiasm. KC is ready to build strong, lasting relationships that will serve Rutland County and beyond for decades to come.

From KC:

I've spent the past 25 years working in the ski and snowboard industry, managing staff and facilities across customer-facing departments from Virginia to Vermont. I was a member of the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) National Team from 2004–2006 and have coached for the US Ski and Snowboard Team around the globe at World Cups, Championships, and special projects. I currently serve as Head Coach of the US Para Snowboard Team, working with Paralympic athletes with physical disabilities at the highest level of the sport. Previously, I served as Snowboard Program Director for Killington Mountain School (2010–2014) in Killington, VT, and Gould Academy (2014–2023) near Sunday River, ME, working with athletes, families, and colleagues to help student-athletes identify, plan for, and realize their goals.

Through this work, I've developed a keen understanding of people's motivations, expectations, and communication styles — and the processes that get them where they want to go. I'm excited to bring that same coaching mindset to helping clients navigate their home buying and selling journeys here in the Green Mountain State.

My wife, Courtney, and I, along with our two golden retrievers, moved to Maine after over a decade in Rutland — then found ourselves right back in the Rutland area for all the activities, opportunities, and amenities this community provides. I love travel, mountain biking, rock climbing, whitewater, boating, hiking, and, of course, snowboarding.
